I was thinking that exact same thing when he was on his bike. Keeping those leg muscle long and stretched out, and there will be less problems with the calf, thigh, hamstrings and the Achilles Tendon. Bike riding using the correct form is some of the best leg exercise bc you're not taking the constant pounding on your heels, knees and hip sockets!!! Biker shoes that will lock to the peddles is best for pushing down and pulling up peddles, toes up pushing down and toes down pulling up!!! IMPO, jogging is worst thing a person can do to their body....
