Do you know why Tyler is so popular? Because he is the only one who isn't afraid to speak his mind to Mr Dabo. People like you couldn't tie your laces without an instructor and you have a yellow streak running up your back. Cowards

FFS speak for your self. Dabo is stubborn and is going to have to do some things that he won’t like doing but with the exception of complete DAs, no booster or fan is sick of him.

Sounds good to take responsibility and keep on keeping. Some one needs to ask him since it was such a poor coaching job on his part, what steps is he going to do to be sure it doesn't happen again.

I take full responsibility but my buyout is big, so I don’t really have to do anything.
Complacency is hard. I get the same way at times and I deserve the kick in the butt my boss gives me. Dabo deserves to hear how the fans feel about this and actually needs to do something about it this time.
I don’t understand how getting a couple senior WRs from the portal to help teach the younger kids is a problem. We can offer scholarships to 2* players who only see the field during trash time, but we don’t have scholarships for getting some help that we need?
We if you accept that BS, then don’t complain about the loss today.
We need changes, period. I hope Dabo is the person to make the changes and we become elite again. If he doesn’t, he’s failing all of us.

Knew the minute I saw Cade with leg support stocking on that the QB run was off the table but they still ran him even on 3rd & 22!
O coach & Cade are not the answers to a prolific O and even a Southern Cal grad next to me at CU Alumni game watch said what I've thought..
That our O'Reilly O Coordinator is living off his brother's O genius (he's no D genius though) and thus not the answer we need NOW which was seen in his TCU team being scored on for 70+ pts vs UGA in Narty and now the high points from from Dawgs today.
What thinks or say you Tiger?

Defense cannot stay on the field the whole ball game. Other than that I can't figure out where the weakest link on the offense. QB play is not great, OL play is not that great, where are the receivers.? It's just bad football.

It's not the players, every single down played on offense today way on the coaches of that entire unit, I saw it, you saw it, and everybody that watched that game saw it. Now it's up to our HC whether he admits or not, it's time for him to do something about it and I hope for this team's sake that he doesn't wait until after the season to correct it. I'm not going to say that it'll fix it, but he has coach Luke that I think he should promote to OC/OL coach and let Garrett Riley go someplace other than Clemson.
Dabo was asked about Cade's performance and Riley's performance as the OC, he commented on Cade with he saw some good things from him, but he refused to comment about the job that Riley done. He knows for sure now I believe that he made a mistake by bringing Riley in as our OC, Streeter was doing a better job than what Riley has done, and he wasn't the right OC for our offense either...

Is just okay really okay? Swinney has contradictory goals---championship contention using a pre-portal/NIL mindset. Is he the only Coach bright enough to think that is the way forward? Clemson is one of four D1 schools that don't use the portal, and the military academies are in that group for understandable reasons. I'm tired of complaining, because Swinney is pathologically tied to the past, and nothing will change as long as he is with us collecting his millions. Even Georgia had something like 14 portal guys plus better recruiting than Clemson's. They would beat Clemson 10 times out of 10, not even close to being on the same level. I fear a long and ugly season awaits us in the wings.

I'm not surprised in the least in the outcome of the game.
That said, I'm very interested to see the rest of the season to see if anything has changed. Georgia is just a #### good team, lead by 5th year senior. Defense was gassed in the second half. Offense still looks pretty terrible, but then again almost everybody will look terrible against UGA.

Yes. Rewatch the game without your bourbon and emotions. It’s not a big distance to the #1 team and we were definitely at fault for a lot of it. Wesco/Moore will be starting before year end or Randall and Turner will have stepped up. Early on, Mafah and Briny were mismatches and no teams on our teaming schedule will look like what we just saw. And we came out healthy and they didn’t…

You must be joking. Not a big distance to #1????? Today's game was proof positive that there is plenty of daylight between Clemson and Georgia. The 'Dawgs will compete for another national title. Clemson will be fortunate to win the ACC. Same crappy offense. And the defense simply got beat in the second half. Next week's game not a gimme.

At this point, it’s just talk. He hasn’t changed anything in four years, and nothing‘s going to change. He’s gonna run the same dudes out there next week. We will squeak by App State because we’re at home. probably squeak by NC State because we’re at home, then we’ll probably squeak by Stamford because we’re at home. Everyone will start to say “we’re back,” because we’re beating mediocre teams at home, and then probably get drilled by Florida State on the road. This is not the same Clemson program of five years ago. This is like a Tommy Bowden program with a head coach that is detached

What foundation did you see? Stupid plays in the red zone? Underthrown balls just like last year? WR giving up on passes? Linebackers out of position losing track of the play? There were sparks to be sure, but please give us a list of what you saw as a “foundation” so we can discuss it. I may have missed some of them.

I saw the talent and coaching, but there seems to be a tentatively, or complacency in execution. Assuming they are in the right place but not checking as in illegal formation, not following the ball and the player in their zone, arm tackles. A lack of focus at times

As others have stated: unless he changes the process, we will continue a march to mediocrity.
The refusal to use portal and NIL is part of the problem. When he brought Chad Morris and Brent Venabkes, he brought in people who thought differently. They has a vision he bought into for playing the game differently. Unfortunately it appears that Dabo thinks he has everything figured out and is not willing to think differently not just about the portal, but about gameplay.
Until the HC looks to where the ball (game) is going and be there to meet it, he will no on the back foot. It is hard to do, but to succeed that must be the mindset.

Good mercy. How long have I been hearing he’s getting better or going to get better. I’ll admit he did look a little better today, but there’s still such a long way to go. Several scrambles when your line was holding up.
I don’t pretend to know better than CDS whether we should use the portal or not, but crimony we need to hit on a serviceable QB and I’m afraid there’s not one here or in our stable.

I feel the same way. So is it the talent, the coach, the plan, or the process? A mix of all the components. How do you improve? It has to begin with the process and the plan. The talent can develop and flourish in the right conditions. We just don’t have all the right conditions. IMHO

What's not to get? Dabo doesn't give an actual efF about winning unless it is 100% on his terms. He's willing to literally erase both the Clemson brand and his legacy before he will change.

To all you that are Fed up or teed off…. Nobody likes losing and Absolutely nobody likes getting blown out. Bu, it’s one game and the only thing it changes is we cannot be undefeated… we have to believe that Dani and the coaches know what to do to fix this.. I know Dani didn’t forget how to coach and I KNOW FOR A 100%FACT THAT I HAVE NOT LOST CONFIDENCE IN HIM OR THE TEAM!!!
We will turn this around and I still am sure we make the playoffs!!!!
GO TIGERS!!!

I fully support Dabo. What I have a hard time understanding is the play calling. I feel like the OC called the same 5-6 plays, and was conservative with screen passes on 3rd down way too much. I think Cade IS talented, but it's not being used the right way. If that makes sense. Dabo play WR and was an OC, so I guess I'm confused at why this Garret guy just isn't being checked.

I thought Dabo said they were going to run the ball more this year, especially with Mafah. He said something like if Mafah stays healthy he could could be in the Heisman discussion because we are going to give him the ball...First half Mafah had 6 carries for 24yds. I think there was only 1 other RB carry in the first half(Haynes) & the rest were passes. Clemson had the ball 5 times in the first half & Mafah only ran the ball on 3 of those drives. In 2 of those 3 drives, Mafah only ran the ball once per drive (both 3 and outs). In the only drive of the 3 where Mafah carried the ball more than once, it resulted in a first down. Clemson only had 2 first downs the entire first half, one when they ran Mafah a few times, and the other a drive which didnt involve Mafah where there was a chunk passing play for a first down then 3 passes and out...
In the second half Mafah got the ball 5 times on the opening drive, helping the Tigers reach the 6yd line before deciding to run the QB on a 3rd & 1 which resulted in a field goal. On Clemsons second drive of the half Mafah carried it 2x for 9 yds but after failing on a QB run on 3rd & 1 on the prior field goal drive, they once again run the QB on 3rd & 1 for no gain & are forced to punt?!?!?! Clemsoin then proceeded to go alot of No back offense with just Klubnik in the backfield and Klubnik ended up throwing and interception not long after the total abandonment of the RB's/run game...Mafah had a couple carries on Clemsons last drive in garbage time.
I feel like Clemsons defense kept them in the game in the first half, but too many three and out wore out their defense. If Clemson Clemson committed to running the ball with their RB's, especially Mafah, I believe the complexion of the game could have been much different. Running the ball eats clock, keeping your defense fresher. It also brings more physicality to the offense, which slows defenses down because it wears on them physically & keeps the defense from just pinning their ears back and getting after the QB, and loosens coverage on the receivers because they need to worry about run support on D. Running the ball protects the QB and opens up the passing game. If Mafah is getting 4 yds a pop why wouldnt you stick with it? especially because of all the benefits that come from it? I think Clemson abandoned the run and it played right into the hands of a very solid all around Georgia club. I dont know if the QB is audibling to passes or QB runs, or if Clemson coaches are calling the plays on offense, but whoever kept Mafah from running the ball basically shot Clemsons offense & chances in the foot...From the play-calling it seemed as if Clemson thinks their QB is alot better than he is and basically bet on him to beat Georgia with a one-dimensional passing attack, which I must say seems like Lunacy! I bet if Mafah gets close to 30 carries & Adams 8-10 we end up with a close game at the end.

Half time adjustments made by UGA coaching staff was the key. We used to be the team that did that. Same players, no huge bad breaks……just out coached at halftime.

Yes, our defense gave up 4 TDS in the second half mostly because they were gassed from being on the field so long. AS in the last four years who is really running the offense? Please tell me! Our offensive play calling is so predictable that armchair QBs know what the play is let alone an opposing team! For god's sake don't allow the QB to audible anymore!!
Lastly, Old Dom.. why did you hand the game to the #####. One highlight of the day is to see them struggle against a non power 5 team!!
