Sounds like Sammich and others have dusted off their old speeches about Clemson's schedule from 2015 - 2020. Some things never change.

Nah I agree 100 % with what was written. Lot of football left. Lots of unknowns such as weather and injuries can affect play but overall our schedule is much weaker than last decade. No fault of our own, and we'll probably have an uninspired performance in one of our upcoming games but all should be easy wins.

Louisville can stress our D a bit. I actually think va tech, possibly the coots will be the most complete team we'll face. Miami can stress our D in the acc championship but imo, it's disappointing we won't face a good team until the playoffs.

People here laugh at the media narrative that playing an sec schedule is brutal but I truly believe that a tough schedule like that does help as long as you can avoid injuries.

Assuming we get to the ACC Championship game, then we’ll play against a very good (& ranked) opponent.

Both SMU and Miami are genuinely good. Not great, but good. Beating either of them would represent a high quality win.

Pitt and their QB (can't remember his name at the moment) will give our defense fits. He is one of the better QBs in the ACC and our secondary has been looking very vulnerable the last few weeks. So while we aren't facing an sec type schedule, the last half of the season's opponents will be tougher than what we've been facing.

...and the same 'pundits' never mention O31o State playing nobody.

At first I though Dummich actually had a novel take but then yes, repeat.

BUT-this time it's not entirely unfounded.

Got to add Vandy to our schedule

For the overall s.o.s. cred we desperately need.

A “weak”league. And what is SE-She now. Kentucky loses to dirt peckers. Vandy beats Bama. Other numerous “upsets” but we are the weak league? SMDH

The acc is a weak league and that is a fact. Not sure why you're trying to dispute that.

I hope and pray that we are a playoff caliber team by the time we get there

We've got to go up 2 or 3 spots at least, right? 13? I know the SEC means more, to them... 5 top 11 lost. So that gives us... 14? 13? 12!

Just keep winning.
