Wonderful an outdoor Yankee bowl in cold December. Deserving for a 5 win coaching staff. If I were a player I would just opt out.

When a team has the calibra of talent that's on our Tiger team and have the record that we have and loose in the fashion the way that we have, it screams coaching problems in a very loud voice!!!

I respectfully disagree. The bowl practices are critical for prep work for next season. Plus, the players that do not opt out will get the experience and bowl swag.

A lotta ignorant talk in this thread. NYC in December isn't always freezing. Very much would just depend on the weather the week of the trip.
Heck, last year for New Year's NYC was WARMER than SC believe it or not.
It'll be a unique new experience and, sure, I'd personally prefer the Pop-Tart Bowl because the entertainment value is one of the best for lower tiered bowls but I'm not mad one bit at seeing Clemson play once more before they wrap it up for the year.

Found one what, a Clemson fan who enjoys seeing the team win and do well? It’s not about what bowl at this point. It’s the extra practices and development for the younger players and opportunities for the mid years to see what it will be like. Dabo will make the needed changes. And will get the necessary additions in the portal. The whole roster doesn’t need to be replaced. Maybe an olineman, corner and d end.

What, do you think the entire 26 class is going to start next year? We need probably 10-15 from the portal. 5 on the DL alone... because if I'm Heldt, I ain't coming back. He'll get drafted.
