See, Dabo isn't the only who hires former Clemson players to join the coaching staff 😉

Yes but, these guys have had their hands in coaching for quite a while and has gain a lot of experience doing it at the lower level, and they will be taking their next step up into the next level at a school that's not expected to play for National Championships with their FB program the same as a Clemson FB program...

Congratulations to both! I didn't realize both had been so successful. I know Willie was doing well, but didn't realize to that extent. Good for them.

Yes, Manny Diaz hired a good staff at Duke. Also. Like the Offensive Cordinator hire Brewer from SMU, and O-line hire from Louisiana. Also kept David Fealy tge strength coach, D ends coach, and wide Receivers Coach under Elko. The Duke AD indicated that top pay for assistants was going to be very competivive. Simmons will almost double his salary what he made at FloridaA&M. Diaz is also rumored making about $5 million at Duke.

Yes Sir, exactly why he left. Plus gives him a path to OC, assistant coach etc. Smart move.

Wishing them all the success. Does Duke publish assistant coaches' salaries?

No, since its private school don't have to, but rumored to be competitive with other ACC, FBS top schools.
