She has never been a traditional conservative. She is absolutely more of a libertarian. She was in favor of medical marijuana and hemp farming. And she is absolutely a big part of why Charleston now has Boeing, Volvo, and Mercedes.
She loves South Carolina and she loves Clemson And anyone that doubts that has their head up their rear end!

If her political party is an issue for people, those folks can all go find another school to root for. If more people would celebrate our commonalities instead of pointing out our differences (Republican/Democrat, black/white, etc.), we'd be better off as a society.

Again, I agree with you about celebrating our commonalities instead of our differences, but that began a steady decline since George W. and thanks to the media, Big Tech, and "the elite," this celebration of commonalities came to a screeching halt in 2016....and has intensified ever since. We can thank ESPN, all mainstream media and Big Tech, and those unmentionables.

Usually quits? Since 2004 she matriculated from state assembly to governor to being appointed to a cabinet position. Do you consider taking promotions to be quiting? She did leave her post at the UN, probably so she could cash in in the private sector, so she's "quit" one job in the last 17 years.
