I am happy for Butler. I like our new coach, but Butler was a class act all 6 years she was here.

If she really were all that good, why didn't we keep her, or did she just decide to quit. I was under the impression that she was let go. Am I wrong?

I don't know who wrote this article about Coach Butler but I had no idea she could walk on water while whistling Dixie and cutting up apple pie at the same time. What an amazing coach she must be? Oh wait......

much respect for coach Butler, but I don't recognize who they are talking about in that article. She can coach given her first year here. But she could not recruit enough quality players to be successful here.

I know it didn't work out here in the end, by all accounts I've heard, AB was a great person and a very class individual. She gave the program some momentum and she went out of her way to treat people the right way. From what I understand, faith and family were very important to her, which is something everyone seems to say, but she was genuine about it. I'm very glad that she'll get the opportunity to continue coaching at a good program.
