I wonder if he would be interested. It would be tough I think coming back, would have to swallow some pride. I’m not sure he will have many options though. His record was putrid as a head coach. He might just have to take another coordinator position before he looks for another HC job

I am sorry for Jeff and his family but he will find a job. USF is a tough place to win because it is at best the 5th best football school in Florida and has no history to sell.

But there isn’t any surprise. Never had a good feeling he’d be able to make it work at USF the day he left. Wish him luck in his next endeavors. Feel/felt similarly with Tony as well, but hopefully I’m wrong. Being a HC is obviously hard, and must be different than whatever skill set is necessary for a coordinator. Dabo is able to run the program well, w/o co-ord experience. More like a CEO skill set. Will find out soon enough with Brent, but wish him luck.

I know that most people want him here in an OC role, but I'd like to see him made the highest paid WR coach in history. The receivers that we had digressed when he left and the output still isn't matching the talent. Dabo needed to show Grisham the door before there was an alternative. Now he needs to help him pack.
