Finebaum is not wrong. He said Dabo could get back to elite status. Read the entire article. We are 7-6 over the last 13. Haven’t sniffed a CFP since Lawrence last took us. That’s dynasty over. It sucks. The decline has been real since 44-16

Finebaum is an idiot, but look at the comments he causes on Tigernet.
Every team has ups and downs in all sports. Nobody wins all the time.
Dabo has to get the Tigers back in sync and keep grinding.
Since Trevor left, our offense has never been the same. Blame it on whatever.
We have to get the offense going, and our defense needs to dominate!
Our Defense used to play in the other teams backfield, sacks and Tackles for Loss (TFL) were common.
Not so much now. We are good, but not the aggressive attacking defense we had in the past.
The whole team needs to step it up, on every play. That is the coaches and players!
This team has much better talent than our record shows! Start BEATING the other teams!
Play to win, it was like we put the game on ice in the 4th Quarter last week when leading 17-7. Only to be outscored 21-3 in Q4 and OT???

So you agree that we are 3 to 5 years removed from being a dynasty? People are looking at this the wrong way. Paul has admitted that we had been a dynasty? There are 3 teams over the last 20 years that can make that claim. Alabama of course, the current Georgia program and us. By saying it is over he admits that we not only reached the pinnacle for a season, but reached it for a program.
Things will have to change, but Dabo is still young. Nothing says that we can't reach those heights again. If we don't, we can still say something most fans can't. We've seen OUR team as champions. In my case, I can even say that I saw it in person. Meanwhile, let's enjoy the fact that one of Clemson's biggest critics admitted that we were a dynasty.

Wouldn’t say 2019 was decline. Clemson lost to a FANTASTIC LSU team in the Championship game, probably beat any other team in the country but Joe Burrow’s boys. 2020 started the decline

A lot of people look at that LSU team as the greatest of all time, and there's an argument for that. I've been watching college football for 40 years and I'd say our 2018 team, 2017 Alabama, 2001 Miami, 2019 LSU, and 1995 Nebraska could all make a claim. No shame in losing to two of the greatest teams in CFB history.

I’m really glad that Pawlll “STUPIDO”Not Fine bomb told us we have lost few games. He is right that there are some serious changes that have to be made, but I TRUST DABO to make them.
He said that he was in his post game interview and I believe him. Yea, he says some things that he probably should temper a little, but in 2015-2020, when he said things, We all cheered and said we were glad he was our Coach.

What was it, for those who forgot? Finebaum despises Dabo for being a very outspoken Christian. That's all it is, trust me. There's no way Finebaum talks like that about another grown man who's achieved what Dabo has without some personal animosity.

Does anyone with a 3 digit IQ actually give a rip what this jackwagon's opinion is on any subject?
Finebaum is still butthurt from the beat down Trevor and boys gave his man crush Saban in 2018. I know I don't care and I'm sure neither does Dabo.

Clemson is the only ACC team that SEC fans and especially Bama fans have ever feared. Finebaum is a Bama homer and he's trying to stir them up and do whatever he can to put us down. Sway a couple of recruits to go somewhere other than here. I think he might struggle to catch a 5 yd underhand pass, but he has a following of some toothless hilly billys.

This pains me to agree with the bubble head, big ear, blowhard but it appears he is right. Unless Dabo makes some major moves (position coaching changes, upgrades to talent on Oline and WR) and ends the " Friends & Family Plan" when it comes to coaching hires and roster management there will not be an ACC championship yet alone a CFB championship in the next 4 years.
