Great free throw shooting, ball movement was good, and rebounding was better than average. Defense was lacking as we were not defending the 3 point shot very well. If they can firm up the defense this could be a Tournament team.

we must have defended it well the first 10-12 minutes of the second half. they had 8 points total in that time. we go up 16 and either let up a little on d or they just got hot. thinking it was a little of both. need to develop the foot on the throat mentality. just love how some of our fans just have to find the bad things that happen rather than looking for the good like coach playing lots of new guys to save legs for the weekend.

Last year my impressiion of Eli was someone with a poor attitude who could not stay out of foul trouble. I am impressed by his loss of weight, improved attitude and ability to stay on the court for the whole game. Let's hope he can continue to do it when we hit the ACC season.
