All of a sudden ABC is interested in featuring Clemson on their first game of the day? I can't imagine why.
Almost no press on the fact that we put the most perfect game of the season on display made that unexpected to me.

We still would have had to fight for it. Zero respect! I hope we play the rest of the season and the Championship games just like we played Saturday night. It was a textbook lesson on how to stomp a mud hole on somebody’s #### and walk it dry! Go Tigers!!!

If our OL keeps improving the way that it has so far, we will not lose another game, and we will give UGA all it can handle if we happen to meet up with them again in the playoff or even in the championship game. Our OL will command the progress of our FB team I believe from now to the end of whatever path we head down...

The noon game is the best that the ACC could do to help NancyState, since it's hard to get all of the Clemson fans in for a noon kick.
And, it's likely the most punishment for Clemson that the ACC could get, since everyone (ABC) wants to know if Clemson can repeat their performance of the last game against better (NOT!! ncsu) competition. (If it had been their choice, the ACC would have put the game on the ACC network.)

...the ACC could have held out to put the game on the CW if they really wanted to punish Clemson, but NCSt is instep with the ACC so they gave they gave them the "Noon Bone."

None of this makes any sense to me, we play a team in Sun Belt Conference at 8 pm, and our next game is against our 2nd most hated team in our conference, and it's at 12 noon. That makes about as much sense as a monkey humping a FB!!!

Both attending and TV viewing. Clemson football is the only reason I turn the TV on. I get to sleep in AND go to bed early. I also remember going to games with my family, all games were noon games.

Not Surprised. The SEC is going to get the 3;30 and prime time spots now that they have moved from CBS.
The ACC is just a warm up act. Oh Well, the oldies will be happy. They can get home and get to bed by sunset.

#%&$#*&^$%# !!! This Oldie stayed to the end of Saturday's game and wasn't in bed until 2:30.
BTW ..... noon is the least favorite time for me for home games. It interferes with early morning AND late afternoon hunting - can't do either if it is a home game but I do like that time for our road games - can hunt both parts of the day then.

Several positives here:
1. The game is going to be on free TV and televised nationally. This can put Clemson on the radar of recruits, particularly if we play well. Potential future Tigers will see for themselves that the rumors of our demise have been greatly exaggerated.
2. We are going to be in the mouths of every halftime recap show since our game ended first. Clemson highlights will run all day.
3. Nothing wrong with making the old heads happy. I used to love Clemson noon/1 p.m. games when I lived in the area.

This sucks. Parents weekend and the ACC puts game at noon. I’m guessing this was done on purpose by the ACC office as Clemson requested a late game.

Not to me - but Noon games on National Networl TB aren’t a diss. It’s a compliment the shift to that being a slot where networks have put better games for ratings vs night has been happening for the last few years. And to the point about SEC and 3:30 - yeah those days are likely gone for now. Doubt there will be much chance of those unless it’s not ABC or the main ESPN channel. Then you might get an ACCN or U game in that general time slot.

The networks will have a chance to determine if Clemson has a following. Unless of course they give NC State the credit! Should the viewership be considered low I imagine we’ll definitely be the talk.

Better noon than 8 PM in my book. 330 is the perfect time but I’ll take noon over a night game any day. able to get home in time to watch some evening football
