Yes. Guess it was hard to find a P5 that year given the being the one non-ND year in the middle of four. Unless the ACC is significantly stronger that year, we will need to run the table that year for sure.

Yeah me too. I don't want to give UGA the status of getting to play Clemson so it's ok if I pass on this game.

Not a fan of our future OOCs

Yes, LSU and the neutral site against UGA are good ones as is one or two against Notre Dame. But just give us something new already. Notre Dame needs to join a conference so we're not stuck with them for 50% of our one big OOC games each year.

Tons of Notre Dame games coming and I can’t wait, love beating them, maybe more than anyone else! Course beating Urban (OSU) 31-0 was pretty good!!!

While I think this is great for our schedule, as a fan I really dread going to Athens. It is one of the worst visiting fan experiences in the country.

Game still tackle...probably, but we seem to be trending toward "tickle," vice tackle on some plays. The larger question is should the ACC require glasses for refs, especially on punts?!

This could use some major improvements....
Nov 13, 2018, 1:07 AM

Given that Louisville, FSU, NCSU are facing several years of major rebuilding, Wake will never be much, and the Central ACC game is a 50/50 shot of being just ok....then add in the Coots and these are not looking like top flight seasons. Wish we could replace some of these with maybe some Big 10 teams or even some from the west coast....
Today I received notification that IPTAY levels are going up. Of course the price of tickets will also....I don't see folks shelling out that kind of money for a season like 2021 that includes 3 inferior games.
Or maybe it could be the ACC in its current format has run its course and it's time to re-shuffle the conferences again...
2019: Charlotte, Wofford 2020: Akron, The Citadel 2021: Wyoming, UConn, South Carolina State 2022: Louisiana Tech, Furman 2023: Florida Atlantic, Wofford 2024: Appalachian State, The Citadel 2025: Troy, Furman 2026: Charleston Southern 2027: Wofford

We are lowering our play-off chances. 2 loss teams have yet

to make it in the CFP, and adding more Top 5 programs to the schedule for a decade is not very smart.
A conference schedule is already pretty competitive and has parity most years. We have improved as a program, but almost all the Power 5 teams (even Alabama) don't make it through just the conference schedule without at least one loss. We almost lost to Syracuse again this year at home.
We're consistent, but no team is that consistent. Things are going well right now, but I think we may have bitten off more than our program can chew here. If these future Tiger teams play well, they could be playing those teams at the end of the season anyway, but that opportunity will NOT happen as a 2 loss team.
