I know that a lot of top prospects don’t go to college, but I like that we’re still going after them. I’d rather go after a bunch of top prospects and see if a few play for us, rather than just not go after any top recruits

It says he struggles a bit against top level pitching, so MLB teams might be wary of that. but Given that he pitches too, and the 4th ranked SS, I could see him going in the 3rd or 4th. So i'd say its 50/50 on whether he ends up on campus

This is the sport where NIL can make a difference from what used to be. Why not get money, the scholly, the environment, and the training/fscilities from a major D1 program vs riding buses to single or double A parks

He also makes it sounds like academics plays a big part as well which will help. When he says 1000% committed and wants to further his baseball and academic career at Clemson, it sounds good for now.

Yeahh I think Coach B has the mindset now of just going after every Top Prospect he can get. It's alot better if we get 7 or 8 Elite Recruits and only lose 1 or 2 as oppose to getting 2 or 3 elite guys and only keeping 1.

This is for sure an MLB Draft guy, but dang Bakich is absolutely cooking right now. 3-4 elite two way commits including the top player in Georgia? That is wild.

5th top 100 recruit for Bakich, and he’s the highest rated since Dillon Head and Sammy Stafura in 2023.
He looks a project-style draft pick (probably rounds 3-5) as he has struggled to hit against top competition and doesn’t have great command. All signs point to him getting up to 100mph on his fastball by graduation (currently tops out at 97), so an incredible pickup and definitely a candidate for college refinement.
I try to stay optimistic, but he will probably not make it to campus; still a fantastic get

or does he go pro? I feel like every year we get a bunch of great recruits that I get excited about seeing be part of the team, only to see them get drafted and leave before ever suiting up here.
