I could be wrong, but I just don't think we'll lose an ACC scheduled game this season, and I'll double down with saying losing to the coots a second time straight just isn't going to happen and the reason why, is we now have 2 legit Coordinators in Garrett Riley/Tom Allen for the first time since BV left to become the HC at Oklahoma in 2021...

Yeah they’re a 7, MAYBE 8 win team at best this year I just don’t see it. Besides Sellers they have a very middle of the road roster.

I agree. Every year they say this junk. We are so much better than they are and would have won last year is Cade would’ve taken care of the ball and not threw the interception.i wish we would have just kept running with Marfa. The last two losses have been because of our mistakes and not their talent.

Brad Crawford, known Coot lover, predicts a Clemson loss. SHOCKER..... The fact the coots are getting any love shows how little talking heads actually look at rosters. Coots lost too much on defense and they pray the guys they got out of the portal will get them there again but the difference is the coots had a lot of upperclassmen mixed in with the transfers. Not this year. Sellers is an average QB. He had a decent last 3 games last year but their win against Clemson had WAY more to do with Wes' lack of ability to coach and make adjustments and the horrible tackling of the defense. Don't think that will be an issue this year. But we'll see. Nothing better than a Coot thinking the going to be something then watching them fall on their faces.

Only because their schedule is so tough. Make no mistake, recruit rankings anyway, they beat or matched us since 2023 cycle. Yes, beamer has brought in transfers that make it appear they're living in the portal, but they're actually recruiting quite well. So I'd be cautious about laughing at how terrible they are. These are not the lamecock teams of the 2010s...
We're just fortunate to have one of our best teams, roster wise, than the previous 4 years.

We definitely have a much better roster than SC overall but rivalry games sometime you throw skill out of the window. I mean Louisville beat us at home last year then Louisville turns around and loses to Stanford, I want to see our run defense against LSU before I make predictions for the rest of the season. I’ll be at the opener, can’t wait!

I’m a different breed…I pull for USC when they’re playing anyone but us. I pull for anyone we play…it always makes us look better when we win vs better competition…
That being said, Norris is indeed a talent, big fast and quick. But our D was horrible last year…hoping it was ALL WG’s errors not drilling us right…I believe TA will drill us and our talent and schemes will give us a solid win… prob 17 pts…
