Phillips says they are proud to advance the sport of football and build upon our positive experiences. I don't know why he would say anything like that unless he is just thanking Apple for the new stuff bc, he has proven that himself and the ACC don't give a Rats A$$ about FB or improving it on the side lines. If he was really appreciative, he would have brought all new power FB programs to the ACC over the basketball schools that he just brought in.

He would have sent all ACC schools a memo stating any school who refuses to make strides to bring their FB programs to at least compete with Clemson, FSU, and maybe a couple more FB first schools, that the amount of FB money that would be shared with them that was brought in by Clemson, FSU, or Miami would be absolutely Z E R O, compete in FB at the level only a few schools compete at in FB or get a ZERO share of what our FB programs bring in.

I mean just this past year Clemson brought in soccer championship money, and an elite 8 basketball money to the conference, and that tells me that those basketball schools should be bringing big sums of FB money to the ACC!!! If a school as small as Clemson really is and can be really competitive in more that just FB, the other bigger schools should be really competitive at FB also!!!

The fact is that Phillips don't give a chit about how much money Clemson and a couple others bring to the conference bc of really good FB programs bc if he actually cared, a memo pressuring the rest of the conference to make their FB programs competitive at a high level would have been sent out when he became the commissioner of the ACC, and the problems that exist now with him trying to hold the conference together, it wouldn't be the major problem that it is today, and they probably wouldn't be fighting with Clemson and FSU in the courts!!!!
