So, not running the ball was intentional?

Coach putting it in CK’s hands to go win the game?! That was by design?! Either I’m so stupid, or that’s some heavy spin and excuse making! But, LSU must have also discussed the game plan with Coach because their D certainly seemed to be on the same page as Coach. They dared us to run and all we did was pass pass pass pass. 3 and out. 3 and out. But I suppose all those 3 and outs were by design too? Don’t want to tip our hand too early and give away all our genius play calls going into conference play. Am I right? Now am I catching on??

are extremely disconcerting! No way at this stage of his college career should Klubnik be that unsettled and shaken. I can understand a first or second year starter being this flustered but this is totally unacceptable for a three year starter. It is not leadership. I'm afraid Klubnik is not dependable moving forward and will breakdown when we need him the most. Time to give one of the backups a shot.

WARNING: Opinion with no facts to support it.
The pre-season rat poison got him. Heisman Trophy, first draft pick, National champion. All that tends to fall on the QB. He internalized it hook, line and sinker and it ate him up. He couldn’t handle those high expectations being placed on him and you saw it on his face and pre-game demeanor. It was PTSD-like.
Playing the way he did and losing MIGHT be a wake up call. Some of the pressure and expectations are off so perhaps now he can just go out and ball. Those around him need to bring their best and support him.
Good chance for the team to rally around a cause and find their footing. Dabo is good at creating the “us against the world environment” and MAYBE we snap out of it and start to become who we thought we could be.
At least, this is my hope to cling to until proven otherwise.

2 years plus the game in miami when big stinko took a sh it on the program. We wasted ALL that time on him. Now, I agree to a point. He needs to learn how to roll to his left. He needs to learn how to trust the oline and stay in the pocket (when they decide to block). Btw, I went to Miami and walked 2 miles afterwards trying to get an UBER. I would have liked for kid fantastic to walk those miles of shame with me.

You think long you play wrong.
Play your game, not the defense's game.
Loosen up and have fun and let the natural flow of playing take over.

Not having a run game is the most concerning thing at this point moving forward. If we can’t run the ball, LSU has given every team a model game plan for shutting Cade down.

Hitting wide open wide receivers tends to open that running game up a bit.

1. Klubnick was off and uncomfortable from the get-go.
2. The game plan and subsequent play calling was all wrong.
3. The total failure to account for any of the above resulted in and embarrassing, inexcusable offensive showing.

Klubnik ain’t no Tebow. No way close. Doesn’t help that we’ve got incompetent offensive coaches to go along with it.

Go play and produce. That is all that matters. Less talk from not just him but other team members and coaches would be refreshing.

And of course you’ll bounce back and look great against inferior opponents but you’ll choke it up next time you play a tough defense. Only improvement you’ve made is beating up on the little brother teams. First game and biggest game of the year and you weren’t ready? Keep your vows bc we’ve seen enough. Maybe next season we will have a QB that’s not afraid of hanging in the pocket and not a constant deer in headlights running scared into oncoming traffic. But until then you’re what we’re stuck with… I hope they pulled your freedom to check and audible plays bc you’re not capable of making right decision.

Unfortunately, this is what I think we are dealing with. This is who Cade has been his entire career. He is who he is at this point. We will beat the inferior opponents and then really struggle against solid competition. 9-3 is likely from what I saw from this offense the other night.

JFC some of you are impossible.
If he steps up and owns it, vowing to get better and you drag him for it.
If he had kept quiet y'all would drag him for not being a leader and accepting responsibility.
Keep on being miserable SOB's
