I am very excited about this defensive line, so much so that I keep wanting to set unrealistic expectations for them. I know they can't sack the QB on every play, but 2 out of 3 with a tackle for loss isn't too much right?
I also envision plays where the ball is snapped and the entire OL falls backwards, not because of the strength of the DL but out of fear.
Man this will be fun! Go Tigers

James Davis, CJ Spiller, Sammy Watkins, Stephon Anthony, Deshaun Watson might have been more heralded and talented (debatable, but I'll go with it.) They certainly built the foundation...I'm not trying to take anything away from their importance to Clemson.
But all of those guys came from our traditional recruiting base where we had a lot of contacts and relationships. Wilkins was the first to show that our brand was national (had we ever gotten a player from Connecticut) and he was the first to show that Dabo's way of "fun" and "process" go hand in hand. Wilkins is the big differentiator from Dabo's way and Saban's way. You can see that in the types of players and personalities we have on the team now.

I will never understand guys that say that, or even think that unless women are involved. That's just really weird.
I kind of found the article to be a little sad, really. Last chance to see some of the greatest players. Clemson has a way of replacing really quickly, but this group might be a little bit harder to replace.

You have churned out another first rate report David - job well done and much appreciated. Truer words are rarely spoken even on TNet. As you eloquently stated, these Power Ranger guys are special and that makes this year an opportunity that does not often present itself. And Joseph and Bryant are a big part of the equation. All in on 2018 natl championship! Go Tigers!
