So do I, and I can't believe he made a point to say that he hasn't given them any info on Clemson and our players, I'm calling it BS talk that I don't believe a word of it, not for 1 second. Like he said, it's business, and it's business with their #1 rival, and everything he knows about Clemson, they now know. Clemson fans, players, and coaches know that Benedict Feaster left Clemson with an attitude H E L L bent on joining the coots wanting to prove something to our coaches. He has proven nothing bc he went the wrong team to prove anything. If Feaster would have done his thinking without an attitude, he wouldn't have ever been a part of that dumpster fire in cootlumbia, he would have still been at Clemson, or with a team not called the coots. He made his bed, and now come Saturday, that bed will get very hard to lay in, and I don't wish him any luck what so ever, he'll have to deal with it along with his new team with a different looking helmet on his hard head!!!

Ok Hope, me and you are playing on this team, but we quit bc they didn't feel we were good enough to start. We go to another team, I'm telling that other team everything I know about our old team right before we play them. Are you going to attempt to keep me quiet, or will you join in, it is about winning!!!

He handled that interview well, and if true glad he has not told his coaches any Clemson "secrets". That being said I still hope we beat him & them by 30+

Well, I have some that salt river is running through it, and being that you are a fisherman, you would rather have that, but it's more expensive than that ocean front property River property in Arizona just cost more than ocean front property does bc the ocean front property is for the suckers that will believe anything!!!

I was just thinking about Feaster's position had he stayed at Clemson. With TE#9 sitting out almost half of every game, Feaster could have been the featured back in the 2nd half of all Clemson's games but two. He would have most likely had close to 1,000 yards, an opportunity to win a 3rd National Championship and go out a winner with a very high yards per carry average. Something the NFL likes and looks at as a positive. I think he was kinda in the same situation as Marcus DuPre, unquestionably the best college running back I've ever seen, and given some very poor advise by someone who thought they knew more about college football than the coaches who get paid big bucks to direct and advise these young men. As in the DuPre case, someone probably thought they would gain something from this bad decision as well, perhaps an agent or lawyer. Just thinking.........as I said.

"With TE#9 sitting out almost half of every game, Feaster could have been the featured back in the 2nd half of all Clemson's games but two. " - I'm not convinced that with LJD and the other 2 freshmen sharing the carries, that Feaster would have been anymore than one RB in the rotation. I don't think he's any better than the others, and I think he saw that and decided to go to a bad team to be their featured RB. I don't even think he ever became that either.

when the stater was injured.
2nd string behind ETN will not hurt anyone's NFL draft status. 2nd string behind a non NFL running back will hurt your draft status.

That's exactly what I have thought when he never become their starter. I have said to myself more than a few times, oh what a very bad decision that young man made out of anger bc of his status playing behind #9 ETN. An NFL scout wouldn't see the player off the bench right behind Travis Etienne as a bad player bc ETN "is" one of, if not the best RB in college FB. But, when an NFL scout looks at Feaster coming off the bench behind any starting RB at USUC would ask himself, did Feaster leave Clemson bc he was told that he wasn't the #2 man behind Travis Etienne/ETN. If I were a scout, I believe that question would enter my mind. And I believe out of anger with his Clemson coaches, (Dabo, Elliott, and Jeff Scott) Feaster hurt his draft status way more by leaving Clemson for USUC...
By Feaster not winning the starter RB position at USUC, it diminished his star power by a lot, by leaving Clemson IMHO!!! Behind the Clemson OL, Feaster was able to make some good runs, and that just hasn't happened for him at usuc. It do make me wonder if his parents tried to talk him out of making a huge mistake for his FB career bc he was angry, adult make mistakes when they are angry, and we should do our best to prevent our kids from doing the same, just saying!!! As an angry adult over him going to usuc, I think that I have been harsh of Feaster's decision to leave Clemson for usuc, and as an adult, I should have felt sorry for him bc that kid did IMO make a huge mistake for his FB career, and he did give us the best he had to give before ETN hit his stride as our best RB. And bc I believe that Feaster gave Clemson his best, I do apologize for the anger I felt over him leaving, he was a hurt angered kid that made a bad decision, and I'm sorry for being angry at him for making a bad decision. Good luck with your FB future Tavien Feaster, and I apologize for being angry with you over what was none of my business!!! But I do hope that your new team loses Saturday bc I have no apologies for them now or never, but I hope that you have a good life!!!

Really- he had to do what was best for him? - sharing time on a losing team instead of sharing time and going for a THIRD Natty? Really? He and KB (how'd that work out for ya?) should start a club on the downfall of ego! Can he play at the next level? I don't know but I'm pretty sure he didn't help his chances by leaving us for them.

So here is my only problem with Feaster
Nov 27, 2019, 8:06 AM
|
|
I don’t care that he is a Coot. That was his decision and now he is paying for it. What I do care about is that he was allowed to bring #28 out of retirement at Clemson and was told to wear it with pride and earn it. He didn’t. He left. Where he went does not matter. The fact that he disgraced the number of the player that I believe made Clemson what it is today and who will forever be my favorite Tiger is what really burns my #%#. Somebody should interview CJ and see how he feels. And Feaster is not wearing 28 at USuC. Why????
