With so many good WRs, why aren't we running them all deep - wearing out the DBs? Fresh legs at WR could be a major weapon.

I’d like to see more of Stellato and Brown. Stellato, to me, looked like he had something to offer. Brown flashed a little. I’ll take any positivity from any WR at this point.

A good win for working out the kinks, and certainly an up-moment psychologically for the team and staff after the Duke drumming. Thus this game was important, but the results speak most to depth. We play scores of players with reasonable or better talent, numbers a small time opponent simply can't match. Fatigue sets in on one side, and the other rolls on with waves of fresh players.
To me the best measure of where Clemson is at this point in 2023 is the end of half score in a home game. A national program versus a local one. We'll get measured more accurately in two weeks.

"Everybody saw what we can be." Ok, so encouraging and upbeat is absolutely the right response for these players. I'm absolutely pulling for them to be that second-half version of themselves the rest of the season, but let's be straight up honest here: All we saw was what this team can be against Charleston Southern a week after they beat North Greenville 13-10. Now, if THIS team shows up against FSU in a couple weeks, I'll be a believer and then some!
