So Coach Sweeney sounds like you might want to consider adding PW high DL coach to the staff??

I pray Woods becomes the power they see in him. Keep fighting Peter! Number 11 has some great history! Go Tigers!

LOL, but it's really hard to understand how in the world so many of those Know It Alls that works for all these different sporting news places can see the very same Peter Woods, but everyone of them have a difference of opinion of him. They classify him from the #9 in the country by ESECPN, #14 by Sports Illustrated, #59 by 247 sports, and 54 by Rivals.
It seems like the experience level of everyone of those Know It Alls are lacking by a lot of what they're seeing from the very same player, or is it actually called favoritism by what university a player signs with and being that he signed with Clemson he won't be favored as highly with the Know It Alls regardless how talented Peter Woods or any other Clemson signee really is!!! I mean do they actually see TALENT differently depending on who they sign with. It seems that way with me, or they don't have a clue of what top talent is supposed to look like!!!!

I can't speak to Rivals but 247 tends to rate players more based on how they perform at camps which typically trends towards the more prototype athletes excelling. This usually works out as those prototype athletes are usually the best prospects, but every now and then a guy slips through. Woods really looks like he's one of those guys. It's the same reason why Vic Burley was rated a 5* and top 30ish guy by 247 while ESPN and Rivals had him in the 70-80 range. Vic has the more prototype athletic build/camp performance.

On the lower ranking outlets they use his height as the negative factor. Grady Jarrett was short by position and he was arguably the best run stopping DL ever at Clemson. Height can certainly be overrated. Disruptive & instinctual qualities are the ones to possess. The blocked kick is a perfect example. Speed, strength & penetration are what's important and Mr Woods certainly has all 3 in his skillset. Go Tigers!!!

Been saying it before we signed him. He’ll play DE in 2023. We need them there. We got XT and Mascoll. Nether have been able to be trusted whether due to injury or whatever. We have a ton of depth at DT. TD and Ruke are starters. Then you got Payton Page and Trey Williams as 2nd.

With XT on one side and Woods on the other is exactly what nightmares are cause by. I would really hate to be a QB knowing that holding the ball a spit second to long could get me knocked out. So I can see why opposing QB's will begin having nightmares the week before the nightmare actually happens in real life!!!

I’d move him around so they can’t double team him. He wouldn’t come off the field except for breathers if I was the coach. He’d play Full back & TE on offense too…lol

Maybe with NIL, we can buy him a new chrome set.

P.Woods at DE sounds like a replacement (for this coming season) for Myles Murphy, except at LDE instead of RDE.
During most alignments (4 man front) P.W. will be at LDE.
During the 3rd and long situations (3 man front), P.W. seems likely to play the outside guy on the Left side. T.Davis at nose. Rule at Right side.
Ruke would play the B.Bresee role in the 3 man front.
We’ll get solid pass rush in this alignment, with blitzing LB or Safety being the cherry on top.
If our LBs stay healthy and Mascoll fulfills his potential at the RDE spot, then we’ll need, C.Denhoff &, T.J.Parker to play well as key backups. XT if healthy is the other cherry on top.
Ladies and gents, our front 7 May just turn out to be best in the country. DT is locked & loaded. The other up-front pieces are coming together.
