I think we need to keep in mind the speed of the defense. Cade appears to be great at just above high school speed but jury still out on a top 25 team in division 1. I hope im wrong but I'm not ready to say all is good. We have a "next level" test coming in a few weeks but still not the level of play we have grown to love at Clemson. Sorry just being real.

IMO the greatest first half of Clemson football I've ever seen. The fact that we scored so quickly and so many times was just wondrous.
It's how ya finish tho.

Imagine that offense happening in a total obliteration of the Georgia Bulldogs.
I guess if we were considered dangerous after this past Saturday.......then we would have been banned from college football if we had performed like that in Atlanta on Aug 31st.

Going vertical, attacking and not letting your foot off the gas is a sight for sore eyes. Keep the play book open and every defense we play will have restless nights. Now that is how you " FINISH ". Put every team on the schedule on notice. Go Tigers

I’m going to go with “the glass half full” mentality. It was fun to be in The Valley Saturday night. Say what you will but DW4 and TL16 didn’t have games as explosive as this one, even against FCS opponents. Cade’s timing and footwork was nearly perfect for the entire first half that he played. I anticipated that he would start the second half but was happy to see Dabo and GR opt for CV and the starters. Now, let’s go get another ACC trophy!!

did not blitz one time. Our line handled the front 4 pretty well and Cade had time. He is a much different QB when he has time. NC State will come hard after him....and now I hope he has the confidence to make those plays.
