The headline here is kind of revealing. How about we stop "preaching" and start "delivering."

Dabo is doing what all coaches do. Praise the QB who is struggling so as to give him confidence. When and if he quits praising CK, you will see a new QB in the game. Until then, he is going to continue to praise and support him. I would like to see a different QB IN the 2nd half against ASU. Maybe VIZ for 3rd quarter and Pearma for 4th if we are ahead. IF I WAS THE COACH, I WOULD WANT TO SEE WHAT THEY CAN DO IN A GAME VS PRACTICE. IF CK gets injured, pray he doesn't, at least I would have an idea of what a backup could do.
But I have not won two natties, so what do I know.

Well, some see the glass as half full, while others see the glass as half empty. There's nothing like positive thinking, but it doesn't win ball games.

who could have possibly seen this coming after last season and Cade’s impressive Spring performance
Again “ the coaches see them in practice everyday”
Which honestly makes it even more sad

Agree. What in the world did they see in practice that

made them think putting the offense on the field to start the game was a good idea?

From my Pop Warner coaching career, I could have told Riley that was a terrible idea. Even 60 years ago.

That was fantastic. After seeing that, I have a different outlook regarding Cade. What a great human led by God. I can see why Dabo is not going to give up Cade.

Ouch! No doubt CK does come from middle class, but the majority of the ones who make it to college are also. Granted, there are some that are not, but middle class has just as much right to strive for their shot to be millionaires as anyone else. Just sick of this “poor little me” attitude every time you turn around. I do agree EVERY player AND EVERY coach who has run their mouths all summer and fall need to put their money where their mouths still are despite getting creamed by UGA! Shut up and play like you want it! Go tigers!

What a cheap shot!
The glorification of blue collar I often see here, and apparent disdain for wealth, are bad looks.
If you aren’t financially secure, that’s on you. No bonus points for being poor. Stop with this ridiculous good ‘ol boy crap.

This is where you lose fans interest. No offensive IMAGINATION makes losing not just disappointing, but Boring. Same dull offense since Trevor left. Venables defense saved us in ‘21…to a point. They’re just not fun to watch. Why can’t we throw the ball consistently downfield like 100 other teams 🤷🏼♂️

I love Clemson University, and I'm proud to have earned a degree there. I will always support our Tigers. As for football, I'm not angry, but I am resigned to the harsh reality that nothing will change. Mediocrity has been baked into the program. I've reluctantly lowered my expectations to "good, okay, not best is standard." I look forward to attending the Mayonnaise Bowl in Charlotte and cheering for our Tigers. 😊

Adam Randall should only play on special teams and Wesco and Moore should be on the field a lot more to compliment Williams. If Cade can’t go downfield with consistency, then turn the offense over to Vizzina and see if he can.

I haven't seen any WR's break free and get downfield for CK to throw to!! mostly all 10 yd and under passes to the side lines and flat areas. All the Teams we play already know our play book and are there to stifle the play!

Yeah Dabo, turn on the film. You and GR have had an entire year to dissect Cade's film. No, it's not all on him. There were plenty of plays.
Briny made a spectacular play. We're extremely fortunate that A. The pass didn't sail over his head and become a pick 6, B. Didn't become a tip drill, or C. He gets blown up and out for the year.
Yes, Cade didn't cause Briny to whiff on at least 2 blocks. Who taught mafah to dive into the ground to block and fortunate not to have been an illegal block.
We only had 3 penalties, yet that disrupted our rhythm the whole game. Who taught our oline to block each other. It's sad, but it's also comical.
We'll win enough games this year to justify business as usual. Then we'll scurry to sign more 2 and 3 stars to fill the class out and then say we don't have any space for transfers.

How many of y’all watched the LSU-Southern Cal game? Two observations: (1) Lincoln Riley did what he had to do in the off-season to retool the Trojans, especially on defense; and (2) None of the starting players on our offense is good enough to start for LSU or Southern Cal. And those were not Top 10 teams heading into that game.
And one aspect of the Georgia blowout is ominous: In the second half, Kirby Smart and staff retooled their offensive play-calling on the fly. Our defense did not play well in the second half, and I don’t think it was just because, yet again, they were gassed from being on the field too much. I think at least of some our defensive players were disheartened by how ineffective our offense was (yet again). If we can’t get this fixed soon, look for some significant defections in the next portal.

One game is one game. Yes, we had a horrible 3rd quarter against a team that has made many teams look horrible. Yes, we need to see some progress in the offense, particularly at WR. We have the talent to do that. Going to the portal would not have corrected that. We have two huge games looming ahead. We need to flush the 'Dawgs and get back to work.
