The so-called 'great qb' Trevor Lawrence had ONLY an 81% completion rate, 400 yds passing and 4 touchdowns. This performance in front of a national audience on ESPN!
But what about the other 19% of throws? Only 400 yds?
This is very discouraging.
The TNet Lounge Recruiting Committee is having emergency meeting to deal with this developing crisis.

The sad part is we have recruited a WR!! (D Kendrick) who was 18-18 for 342 yards 4 TD's and 2 rushing TD's as a QB and he can't even get a look at QB. Amazing.

Funny thing is, Kendrick has a great arm - I've heard from several folks that he's capable of throwing the ball 65 yards. That could make trick plays pretty fun if we ever need to break into that part of the playbook.

The Tnet Lounge Recruiting Committee has just learned that one of our other "stellar" recruits, Xavier Thomas was name MVP of his game. MVP?
Maybe Very Personable, just aint gonna get it in Tiger Town.
Press Conference at 4pm....looks like we're starting over from scratch.

But why can't we get some of those 2** and 3*** "diamonds in the rough" recruits that the Gamecocks are reeling in? Are we supposed to be content with just 4**** and 5***** "smooth diamond" recruits? And, on top of all of this, we don't even have one Juco transfer to don a Tiger uniform. Surely there must be one or two Juco players who have not signed with an SEC school. Oh, the perfidy of it all !!!!!

When we have recruits who are coming to Clemson to play WR or DB or both outperforming our QB recruits... we may need to rethink things. If Kendrick can finish a game without any incompletions, then why should we hold TL to a standard many less than that. So what if he is 6'10" and can throw a football off his back foot 114 yards.
