that Don Croff passed away. He died from hepatitis from drinking excessively for many years. He quit drinking prior to setting up a company called TRI-WINDS, but then later merged with an investment group to form Crosswinds. However, he quit a little too late and his liver failed anyway.

I did get locked up for DV. Was held in pretrial incarceration for 994 days. That's nearly 3 years and the money I get from the lawsuit will be worth my troubles.

I wasn't selling anything. The land for the windfarm had already been purchased, and the principles of Crosswinds were engaging with firms on Wall Street to launch a REG A Plus IPO. The only thing I did was assist in marketing the company but was never a member of the company. The reason why the IPO never launched is because Don Croff the original founder had several disputes with Chris Finnegan and a very unpleasant man named Alex Veronas. I of course did not get in the middle of all of that. I was merely being paid to market Crosswinds and generate a buzz for the IPO. Aside of that, I did attempt to establish a Textile brokerage. Afterall, I come from a textile family that graduated from Clemson.
