Tiger Roars ---

A tune up ....an end of the season scrimmage dressed all up to be a Military Appreciation Game as well as Senior Day. It is always good to see the team in all purple. I could do without the stripes on the purple pants but thats another story. With what I witnessed though.... some kids deserve some Roars.

Young and amped up. That was the description Jay Haynes..........The guy broke off some big chunks on runs and even scored a couple of touchdowns. I'm Roaring for Jay Haynes for his performance....but I have to fiercely Roar at Dabo and the coaching staff for holding this kid back so much especially when Mafah is only 75% healthy. Haynes could have helped in more when we had a healthy offensive line on that night we played Louisville. Ohhh what could have been.

Roaring for Cade Kubnik........ Put some big passes on the money....threw for a few touchdowns..and came up with some first downs when the offense needed to stay on the field to build our flow of momentum.

Antonio Williams.......He gets a Roar for the plays and touchdowns he reeled in. He is so smooth in his style....and you can't really teach that. Pay that guy!!!!

Bryant Wesco looked like he was having fun out there.......... Wesco gets a Roar for catching the big bomb passes and scoring. Talk about scoring.....the one pass he was about to catch also looked like he was going to get lit up by to Citadel defenders bearing down on him. Wesco makes the catch...splits the two defenders with some slow motion spin move that was a thing seen out of kung fu movie or something....and scored. Awesome!!

Now for the meat in the middle. Sammy Brown was disruptive as usual when he can get in there on a blitz.......Thus he gets a Roar for the forced throw by the Citadel Quarterback.... only to have the pass picked off and ran back for a touchdown by Payton Paige. Paige gets a Big Roar..... because it happened on Senior Day. Rumble big man rumble.

Cole Turner.......He gets a Roar for snagging some nice catches and coming up with the football on that surprise onside kick attempt the Citadel attempted. They must have watched our first Natty against Alabama. Is our special teams under attack??? Makes me wonder. 🤔🤔🤔🤔

Lets Roar for EZ.... our other Running Back. .....He had some runs to where he was gashing the Citadel defense for like 12 yards a pop.

I'm going to give a Roar to our back up Kicker ..Hogan I think his name is.......To stand out there on the field in a game and have to kick 3 extra points in a row ...on the same drive because of miscues by both units..... and the fact he doesn't get to play much at all. That was cool.

Well I guess I can squeeze in a Roar for Barrett Carter.......He finally....... finally got to score a touchdown playing the Running Back position.

Go Tigers......Now.. lets make it fiercely
