and go to Fox Sports/B1G for cause with punitive damages from ESPN to Clemson.
The evidence? There are thousands of readily available ESPN video clips of Finebaum and dozens of other ESPN reporters and talking heads ripping Dabo, Clemson and the ACC. And ESPN supposedly represents the interests of Clemson and the ACC? Seriously?
Attn: Graham Neff and BOT's. Suggest you convene the right attorneys and get to work.

We may get some hate from these guys, but they are analysts. They are paid to offer an "opinion"
I don't care for most of them, but a lawsuit? On what grounds? Calling us out bc we've been shaaiting the field in key moments of big games?
Even with all the missed tackles we had a chance to win at Texas. The constant predictable run up the gut on most every short down situation is beyond frustrating. How about a TE drag? A play action pass? Roll Cade out with rpo. But running a hurt, or inexperienced running back up the middle against top teams ain't working...

That's a lawsuit we would never win, but I see your point. We wouldn't win that suit.

The problem the ACC has had for years is its weak-kneed, lily-livered

leadership that sits back and allows that kind of horsesh*t to go on and on.
What the conference has needed is a tough-as-nails, give em helll type who'll launch major attacks on the defamers, including that papasan network, and tell em all to kiss our assses! Go into each fight armed with nuclear weapons, ready to launch. Swofford was too chicken-sh*t to do it; Phillips is no different, and frankly, it's nauseating to see their lack of defense for the conference members.
I know what the ACC is, what it has been. But the piling on is never met with any form of defense. My attitude would be to launch major offense...attacks, which would be downright nasty. Why? Because when it comes to SEC motormouthing and foulmouthing, that Sankey sonuvab*tch is right there on the sidelines cheering them on.

What specifically do you think anyone at the ACC or an ACC school should do to counter narratives they disagree with?

Don't forget about the SPAM you've got going on the Coleman camping stove right now dawg! Would hate for you to burn down that cardboard box you're staying in behind the Georgia Theatre.

It's best to didi mau away from lawsuits where we are joined with FSU. They are a train wreck it appears.

Neff, the president and the Board of Trustees, have the access to sound, expert legal advise.
They have filed a lawsuit. The purpose of the lawsuit is to achieve what is best for the university, not to punish people who offend them.
What is best for the university is to get out of the ACC and into whatever form the SuperLeague is going to take in the next few years.

If the ACC's role in the contract is to be the SEC's whipping boy...

the ACC, at least, deserves a raise or bonus for going 'above and beyond,' this season.
Past that, ESPiN is just like CNN, it's an opinion outlet not a news broadcast. All of ESPiN's employees have Op-Ed jobs.

How about Finebaum gaslighting by saying Clemson fans are Schizophrenic? The side comments at the end of segments on Saturday Gameday still happen. Fans like me have always called out their bs and how it affects recruiting.
The B1G would be great, eff the SEC
