This is the play where ICW got screwed last night. Those

refs should be fired on the spot. At least the guy in the review booth...I have said many times, you only have to pay off one guy in college....the review guy. He can single handidly influence the game. Just look at our 2nd game with Bama in Tampa...how many rviews did we have to suffer through. It had to be 5 to 1 in favor of Bama. And every review was a chance for Bama to come out on top. And you can forget the crap that EVERY PLAY IS REVIEWED. That is the 4th great lie in society. They need to change the rule to where each coach gets a review each half, and if your call to review is upheld, you keep the review flag. If not, that is it for that half. No more review of every play. No targeting review from the guy in the booth. If it isn't called on the field, no review up top. JMHO.

I didn't have a dog in that fight but I watched some of the game and saw that play and never saw who controlled the ball. The call on the field was North Dakota's ball and I saw no evidence to change that.

Also, they had another angle last night where you could

clearly see the UIW guy recover the fumble. THERE IS NO WAY THE GUY IN THE BOOTH COULD HAVE REVIEWED IT IN 10 SECONNDS, AND THAT IS NOT AN EXAGGERATION. In fact, I truly believe that is the quickest review I have ever seen.

I believe the ruling was he regained control before he was down. Therefore, the ground caused teh fumble, no fumble.

It only took a little more time to view that tweet of the replay than the refs spent reviewing it during the game. Ball was clearly out before runner was down, and the OLineman (nor runner) had the ball on the ground.

It sure makes one question the refs and how they made their call so quickly.

Whatever choice(s) you make makes you. Choose wisely.

Sure the ball was fumbled but it looks like the North Dakota lineman wound up with the ball so they kept the ball.

Lol, hope you never work a replay booth.

Ball clearly recovered by defensive player behind the OL. Watch the OL react to the ball behind him trying to twist to get to it.
