it's not real. It's not going to be real.
The guy has made a million claims that turned out to be based on nothing. But people want to believe they found some inside source or guru because the topic is so interesting to them that they keep listening and stay hooked. It's like how a cult gets so powerful.

I’m curious myself cause that was a whole paragraph to essentially say nothing otherwise.

transpiring in realignment. Many things he assured that turned out to be false. Typically, when someone has been confirmed a dishonest, unreliable source, I shut them off.
He wrote several reports about his contacts on the inside confirming to him that certain schools and conferences were making moves that turned out to not be true. But he knows how to create content that is attractive to people who want to see what's going on under the hood.

Clemson would be a great addition to Big. Hope it happens with FSU and UNC going to BIG. I would like to see our rivalry with FSU continue. We could dump the Usuck game. It's not much of a game anymore. More like a late fall scrimmage.

I thought about us having to drop the SC game, the problem is they will always think and say they are better than us. So I would rather continue to play them and win.

73-43 belies anything a coot has to say about our rivalry. As I have stated before, I believe the big ten is a great landing spot for Clemson. It better fits the academics of where Clemson is trying to get to, and it will fulfill the revenue needs to keep us competitive.
It gives the big and fox a huge inroad into the Southeast. It is good for e1 imo.

To me Usuck is irrelevant. Dropping them would be ignoring them and showing them they are not worthy to even be considered. I just don't get excited about beating or playing weak a zz schools in FB.

They are lesser without us. We are lesser without them. It’s a great historic rivalry that means a lot to me and so many others growing up in SC. It would be so foolish to end this rivalry.
You do not replace the passion and intensity of that game with any other team.

If both schools want it to continue, then it can always be part of each school's non-conference schedule.

It would be sad to see what happened the last game of the season without Clemson playing UofSC with a chance to keep them out of a bowl game. They would probably have to schedule PC in Cootlumbia every year.

I see over the next TV deals that the Big and Sec contracts start dumping football schools that can’t compete. Vandy, Indiana and schools of that nature and not pay them 70-80mil. I think the TV wants high profile games every week by the boat load. Clemson - Ohio St, Clemson - Michigan, Clemson- Oregon etc Texas- bama, Texas- UGA etc No one wants to watch USuc play Vandy, miss st etc.

Thanks for the post. One can only hope that the B1g would like to expand its viewership into the South. If so, we make a great addition.

Lol. TJ Altimore charted his little fingers to the nub explaining how the PAC was solid and going to get a deal better than the Big 12 and ACC.

JMO but the B1G is not adding Clemson or anyone anytime soon. They just added Oregon and Washington and a reduced rate, probably close to what Clemson is making in the ACC now. The B1G has to get them paid in full before they can take on anyone else - even Clemson.
The B1G is also an over inflated football conference. Sure they have OSU, Michigan and I guess Pedo state. But schools like Indiana, Illinois, Purdue, Northwester Rutgers, et al are bad football schools (and I don't mean wins and loses) and football pays the bills.

Every conference has weak teams in football. In any given year the SEC has 5 bad teams. The difference between the SEC and others is that it probably has fewer teams that are historically weak every year.
And while it is true that OSU, PSU and Michigan are currently the biggest football brands in the B1G, you conveniently left out USC, Oregon and Washington, all if which are also huge brands. Add Clemson and FSU, and you are talking 8 huge brands versus 5 - 9 in the SEC, Texas, OU, LSU, Bama, Uga and to a slightly lesser degree, TAMU, Auburn, Tennessee and Florida. Not much difference at all.
