I agree with him. Yeah he could have said the same thing in a nicer way, but he’s right.
If I had an employee refuse to meet with me once, that would be it. Sounds like they gave this guy multiple chances…

When the head coach wants to meet with you, "No...I'm not ready to do that right now" is never the right answer.

Parris Island many years ago and I can't even fathom DI's not being able to call names and having to attend sensitivity training. That goes against the job title as DI. lol

Sir I was not a marine, but am family and friends to many. His stories would tear you to pieces and as my father in law always says..."that's not my Marine Corps"

Yea the people I hire these days would not have lasted a month when I started my job. Unreal. Guessing just the way people are raised now. Wife is a school teacher and the stories she can tell will blow your mind.

there is a national teacher shortage.
My wife has been in public education for over 35 years and is retiring at the end of this school year. She's had entirely enough of the BS!!!

similar way. She is actually good at her job most of the time.
But she has a mental health issue or similar crisis constantly which just so happens to occur at a meeting time or when she is running late. She mainly uses it to get work from home exemptions which would never be extended to somebody like me.
Our boss fears dealing with HR(and she won't hesitate to go straight to HR) to the point he will roll over for her at anytime.
It does appear to be generational.

Time for a layoff for that chick.
This is why no one will hire the trans or non whatever.
All they do is cause trouble.
If I was a hiring manager, I would not even consider these weirdo's and freaks.

Related: I was talking to a recent Clemson grad about job hunting, resumes, etc. She said they are being told that they should always put their pronouns in their resume.
I told her that any resume that came across my desk with pronouns on it immediately went into the circular file…people who buy into the pronoun thing end up being trouble, in my experience.
I guess it’s a good thing I retired.

Not to down play depression (real depression not chemically induced with Psych drugs)...You can see it now if this case wins. Every lazy #### person that feels bad, will sue coach's for mental issues!

It’s a new generation - you can’t hurt anyone’s feelings, even in training them to be a soldier, sailor or Marine. You can’t take a “training timeout” in the battlefield. But you can hold hands during the now “fashion parades”. Let’s ensure everyone is happy. 🤬
