Agree that the Senate should have done their job and not weaseled out hoping someone else would take care of it. I’d be willing to bet if they had it to do over again, there would be enough R’s voting to convict that we could have moved on from Trump long ago.

I think when it really comes down to his worst intentions, Barrett and Roberts will go against the three corrupt justices and Gorsuch. But I expect Trump to ignore the Supreme Court and order all his people to follow suit if that happens. We've collectively granted all the power to SCOTUS that they wield. Nobody knew how fragile the system really is until Trump.
The MAGA civil war between the racist morons and the tech bros is going to be entertaining in the meantime.
