I know Fox News isn’t the most reliable but this is what they had to say about each juror. As a Trump voter I come away with mixed feelings. Given the fact that Trumps lawyers had an equal hand in questioning the jurors, it makes me think it may be a fair trial. My doubts still remain. Potential jurors could easily be coached what to say and answer to remain on the case. NYC is a major leftist city, so obviously that is a red flag.
Bottom line for me: I want to watch the trial and see what Bragg has for evidence. I will hold my judgment until then. Trump is denying he ever had an affair with Daniels. Daniels did as well at one point. She recanted on the basis of a NDA and money paid back to Trump once she broke the NDA. I fully believe Bragg stacked charges because he knew some will get dropped. Which ones will stick? Hopefully none.
Paying a #### off to not talk isn’t a crime. If he did actually give her the wood while he was married, imo, that is reprehensible. With that being said let’s not pretend Joe hasn’t done equally disgusting things. I think even Birm would Admit that. Still, if he did pay her off and altered records, why would he alter records for 100k when he’s a billionaire? Maybe Bragg can prove it. I’ll be watching closely.

He altered records because he didn’t want it coming out right before the election that he was banging a #### star.
He thought it would hurt him in the election. He wasn’t yet aware at the time that his supporters dont care one bit about behavior like that, and that they would support him even if he shot someone in the middle of 5th avenue.

The defense can only strike a limited number of jurors so if the jury pool is 90% propagandized Trump haters the odds of them getting even one (much less an even split) person who isn't there to burn the witch is pretty much zero. Why do you think they insist on doing these in NYC or other deep blue areas?

I mean, I suppose you could "blame the democrats" for not moving the trial to Laurens County SC but I'm not so sure that was possible in the first place.

That's what he's playing for, that there's a diehard MAGA that lied his way onto the jury and will not vote to convict no matter what is said.
There's a tape. There's records. In any rational guilt-or-innocence-type trial, he's going to lose.
So I think barring that holdout he's going to lose this trial, it's pretty much a slam dunk. The question is, is it going to stick? Bragg is relying upon an unproven legal theory and while I see the state and district upholding it, who knows what the Supreme Court will ultimately decide? I don't think anyone knows at this point.
