2015 Football Schedules

The Power Players in college football are considered to be the P-5 Conferences + Notre Dame. The SEC has apparently decided that the Service Academies are also P-5s. Read more here: http://www.redcuprebellion.com/2015/6/8/8745709/SEC-future-football-schedules-ole-miss-noles-alabama-usc-lsu-wisconsin-NASCAR-wtf Florida, Georgia, Kentucky & SC were already in compliance due to rivalry games. For 2015, 4 SEC schools (Ole Miss, MS St, Vandy & Missouri) do not have any non-conference P-5 games. The other teams have been able to round up one P-5 opponent. The Gamecocks are the only SEC team w/ 2 non-con P-5 games (NC & Clemson). LSU qualifies by SEC standards but their schedule is 8xSEC + Syracuse + McNeese St (1AA) + Eastern MI (1A) + Western KY (1A). For comparison, Clemson (Notre Dame & SC), GT (Notre Dame & GA), Louisville (Auburn + KY), NC (SC + IL), Pittsburgh (Iowa + Notre Dame), Virginia (UCLA + Notre Dame), Virginia Tech (OH State + Purdue) & Wake Forest (Indiana + Notre Dame) all play 2 P-5s. Florida is the only SEC team which does not have a 1AA game. Every team in the ACC plays a 1AA team. The ACC, SEC & Big 10 play 8 conference games. The PAC 12 & Big 12 play 9. Stanford of the P-12 has two P-5 games (Notre Dame + Northwestern). Arizona, Colorado & Washington do not have any P-5 non-con games. The other 8 P-12 teams have one P-5. As for the B-12, Texas is the only one w/ two non-con P-5 games (Notre Dame + Cal). Baylor, OK State, & Kansas State do not have any non-con P-5 games. The other 6 B-12 teams have one non-con P-5 game. For the Big 10, Michigan (UT + OR St), Northwestern (Stanford + Duke), Rutgers (WA St + Kansas), & Iowa (Iowa St + Pitt) have 2 P-5s. Maryland & Penn St do not have any non-con P-5 games. The other 8 Big 10 teams have one non-con P-5. NC State has the weakest schedule in the ACC (8xACC + Troy (1A) + Eastern KY (1AA) + Old Dominion (1A) + South AL (1A). FSU should be our showcase team since they're in the state with about 1/4 of the P-5 recruits in the country but their non-con schedule is 8xACC +FL + TX State (1A) + South FL (1A) + Chattanooga (1AA). Clearly, the deal with Notre Dame has helped ACC scheduling. I thought that our schedule was ruined by the Wofford (1AA) + App St (1A) games but found that most teams have even more of these type games.

and 2 of the 7 home games were against Wofford & App St. The Weak Forest game doesn't do anything for me either.

I used to send mine to Van-The Ticket Man but lately I've just been throwing them away. No way can I make a 250 mile round trip for those games anymore. Too old. Glad to see some other fans are getting s*****d worse than me. Those games should count as part of our donation. That's what they are. All schools who schedule these games are testing the loyalty of their fans. As long as we buy them, they will schedule them.

I wish the higher ups would stop putting the SEC on a pedestal.

Wish they would get rid of playing 1AA all together. Hold two half scrimmages during the spring and charge 15 dollars a tucket. This money goes to the 1AA team.
