I think the fact that we won’t get a J6 trial before the election is an absolute travesty, like why on earth did it take three years to file charges. The American people deserved to have justice done for what they did after the election.

Yep, and it's much more clear cut and understandable.

He's on tape in GA trying to overturn the election by whatever means possible.

Would you like to read what he’s been accused of? Did you spend Nov & Dec 2020 at Stop the Steal Rallies? That’s the only way anyone could have missed what he and his lawyers tried to do.

I disagree that the NY case is a stretch.

I think the NY case is straightforward. The problem with the NY case is that they likely would not have brought it against anyone else (so it is politically motivated) but it is still a violation of the law and Trump gets what he deserves.

What law did he violated in the NY case specifically? He didn’t falsify business documents. He didn’t even touch them. The payments were labeled as legal fees bc that’s what they were.

But pretty sure the trial was about establishing the law he broke, and then the jury agreed.

unanimously agreed on all 34 charges.
But hey, they were probably hand picked marxist socialism lover democrats that were appointed by Michelle Obama and given clear instructions by both Joe Biden AND the Hamas.

It’s been explained directly to you what laws he broke, and you repeatedly keep regurgitating this line in new threads while running away from the previous ones.
You have achieved RememberTheDanny level idiocy at this point.

To me the NY case seemed the most straightforward. There seemed to be a paper trail there. Here are the checks, here are the entries, here's the law. Some of the evidence in the GA case is up for interpretation, such as the phone call with the Governor and AG.

Not only would they not have brought it against anyone else, they wouldn't have even brought it against Trump if he had retired from politics after 2020, which is the very definition of a political prosecution not that anybody on the left cares.

It is not straightforward because it's premise is a supposed crime that he has not been charged with or convicted for.

Rotting in a Georgia prison will be a chef's kiss. But it'll be harder to not land at least one Trump worshipper on that jury. We'll see.

The NY case had a juror who got all their news from truth social and still voted guilty 34 times.

Just the pics of the jurors and their news sources. It's weird though, I would never answer "where I get my news" as truth social even though I see screenshots. In the other direction, why wouldn't they say they see all sorts of other news? Hard to believe someone that follows Allison doesn't get a ton of mainstream links in their feed.

Yeah man. Having 2 real presidential candidates is lame. Throw the one leading the polls in jail so we only have one option. That’s definitely a constitutional republic.

None of the cases have merit, this is purely a political persecution.***
