I imagine he goes back to the pros. It's wild to think that 3-4 years ago he was on a short list to be an NFL Head Coach by a lot of people. He left KC, to basically get out of Andy Reid "shadow", and to basically prove that he was the offensive wizard he was billed to be. Now two years later he's about to be coaching his third different team in three years.
