TL is a big dude. 6'6" and over 200lbs as a Junior. TL16 is going to win us as many games as DW4 did.

I don't know how we keep all these elite QBs happy because there is only 1 QB who takes the snaps. Some of these guys are too good to stand on the sidelines for 3-4 years . Who do we lose ?

Ooh, I'm so ashamed that we have so much interest from such gifted talent. NOT! The rich get richer, as it should be.

This proves that the ESPN scouts are clueless

McShay, Kiper, Luginbill....all totally misinformed
Cooper is more of a pocket passer than a "dual threat" guy. Hunter Johnson is the most athletic QB we will have outside of Bryant
Luginbill just thinks the opposite because Johnson has the "pocket passer" label and Cooper is black

What a bunch of stereotypical BS. Cooper is the best passer on the team along with TI. Johnson runs like a 4.5.

I believe he is partially wrong about Hunter Johnson. The kid can run. You can watch his film and see that. I believe he is in the 4.6 to 4.7 range forty time.

He's wrong about Cooper and Johson. It will be a battle between them next year, then Lawrence will come in with zero pressure to absorb the system and take over down the road.

Time will tell about all these kids. They will demonstrate what they have to offer, early and often in practices, and the evaluations will start in earnest when they set foot on campus. Attitude, quickness to absorb the system (and it is a pretty complex system to learn) chemistry between these guys, their team mates and the coaches, and work ethic all will play a part. I am excited about what we have to follow DW4, though. Our future is bright, IMO.

I like this story! I called into XM yesterday and asked the question to Tom. It was cool to see an article written with Tom's response. Thanks Nikki for covering it!
