gal of questionable judgment & $10 mil left for DW4. How many women would go alone into someone’s home & rub their upper thighs & glutes ? (I am guessing at least 22).

several as in like 6 all time?

vinny ciurciu, rod gardner, brentson buckner, thomas austin, curtis whitley...then who? I think Ray Ray played for half a season there.
6 players all time ever signed a contract in Carolina. 3 of which were barely visible on the sideline. Is this for real? Tell me i'm wrong, please.

Catanzaro, Taylor Hearn, Isiah Battle was signed but Im not sure if he ever played. The Panthers have been around since 1995, its not like they have a hundred years of not drafting a Clemson football player. People will take anything and invent some sort of slight.

It’s not trying to make up some slight. What it is pointing out is why Carolina is failing. These are kids that are growing up in their own backyards and the franchise fails to drive 2.5 hours to look at them? C’mon that’s just bad bad business. That’s all I think they’re pointing out. As fans we tend to have a built in bias for the young men coming from Clemson obviously not all of them are the beasts we think they are. But to be 2.5 hours away and in 28 seasons in the nfl to have drafted only six kids from the easiest school to scout shows a woeful ineptitude in the scouting department

Actually the panthers had Isiah Simmons on the board and available , but they past on him .
https://catcrave.com/2020/04/23/carolina-panthers-draft-passed-isaiah-simmons/
The Carolina Panthers opted not to take Clemson linebacker Isaiah Simmons with their No. 7 NFL Draft pick. The player fell into their lap after falling out of the top five, but they chose defensive tackle, Derrick Brown, in his place.
This was met by derision from certain sections of the Panthers’ fanbase on social media. Simmons was seen as a do-it-all prospect that had the ability to play multiple positions on the back end.

I'd rather he went to New Orleans so the South can see him take over that division.

Too bad! I would have liked to be able to root for him. I lived in Cleveland for 2 years after graduating from Clemson, so I wish nothing but the worst to that state and city. I hope he throws for 6,000 yards and they lose every game.

I lived in Erie Pa for 10 years and in Akron for 2 years. $46MM isn’t enough to get me to live in that part of OH again. You and LeBron can have it. So from someone who has been there and done that - we’re all entitled to our opinions. And BTW - not a great start for your first post.

the face of it, moving from Houston to Cleveland just does not seem like a happy ending.
Look at the cap space the Browns have - currently at only 13 million - near the bottom of the league. DW is going to get 46 million per year. Mayfield was due a total of 18 million but some of this is dead cap space. Long story short is that Cleveland will have to jettison some players to get under the cap and won't have a dime left for years to acquire any high priced free agent talent- not to mention no first round picks for the next three years. He's going to be rich but if he was interested in winning this will be a dead end. Considering the baggage, the Texans came out pretty good - especially if they can trade up for the the next TL or DW. They now have a boatload of extra picks plus a bunch of cap space since DW was due 32 million this year. Going to be exciting to watch it all unfold.

Cleveland that O'Brien's idiot moves had caused in Houston. Very few draft picks, and not much room to sign better players. But, overall, at least lately, Cleveland seems willing to make moves to better the team. O'Brien's moves in Houston were truly some head scratchers, especially trading Nuk away for next to nothing.

actually suspend him for any number of games, which I would find odd considering he was benched, though paid, all last season, it would be a per game pro-rata share of that number.
On the lawsuits, I've yet to see a single 'victim' make any kind of public appeal or claims of 'emotional trauma' or such as a result of their encounters with Watson. That's why I wasn't surprised that no criminal charges were filed. He will likely pay more towards attorney and PR fees than settlements when it's all said and done.

i'm all for capitalism, but... c'mon... entertainers shouldn't be paid that much. i know i'll get trashed for my opinion.. but, man, that money could help so many needy people.
imho, i could see entertainers raking in about million dollars a year (or two, depending on where you live)... if you can't live a lavishing lifestyle off that, then you got problems.
