Yeah, agreed, and it’s not a new thing. My own perception is that the NFL has a pattern of preferentially protecting their stars, the greatest of which currently is Mahomes. The fact that he tends to exploit it makes it more frustrating for a viewer that just wants to see a hard fought, fair game.

Yep. Easily why I'm like bump the Chiefs. Fanbase acts like they don't get any calls and it's irritating seeing Mahomes act stupid about "no calls".

I know folks want D-Hop to get a ring but wish he could've gone to a different team to make it easier to get behind.

On the ball spot call on 3rd down, which 1st down was made by Houston, Houston coach should have challenged as the ball was at the first down line when the player's knee touch. It was obvious from several angles. On the next play, Houston got a 5 yd penalty which made it 6 yards to go...KC got the ball!
The challenge would have given them a first down...coach and booth coaches blew that big time.
And don't get me started on the personal foul call on Mahone's run...
Referring just has to get better on all levels. Refs don't want to override each others calls, but if you make a mistake, own up to it.

The Texans ended up scoring on that drive so that call on 3rd down didn’t effect much… I agree with you the chiefs get a lot of calls but you arnt going to win any games giving up 8 sacks and leaving 7 points on the scoreboard due to kicking

Yep. I'm sit hopeful every week tbat Mahomes or Kelsey gets carted off. And I personally hate that I feel this way. But my team is the Falcons and I watch as a neutral fan after they are eliminated. I still see gross favoritism towards the Chiefs. I just pull for any team that is playing against them. The NFL is definitely favoring them on any possible scenario..
