Take it All In Tigers! The debate has changed

As I scan T-net the last week or so and see the debate and critics over our tigers I can't help but think. ....
Here we are debating a two time Heisman finalist and not just wishing someone got in the top 5.
Here we are critiquing the ability of our LB'S to cover in space well enough to win the final two games for national championship and not why or team couldn't get motivated for THAT game.
Here we are debating seeding in the playoffs and not why we lost to the likes of duke and wake forest and how we missed the ACC Championship game.
Here we are knowing our coaches are coveted and not about who we need to kick to the curb.
.....while all of the above discussion is very relative and warranted I just have to pinch myself and think. .....
IT'S A GREAT TIME TO BE A TIGER!

watching the awards show last night was another Clemson commercial. I never dreamed that Clemson would be in this position and I am enjoying this as much as I can. Thanks to Coach Dabo and staff and to the university administration. This is the most supportive president since Dr. Edwards. Enjoying the present and lookin forward to the future. Go Tigers!

We have become a spoiled bunch.....and that's okay. I was just talking to my best friend who traveled with me to the ACC Championship game about this....we were also there for that year USF beat us at some cheap bowl in Charlotte. Remember that one?
Better yet, I remember being happy that we finished better than .500. Or being happy if we could "Just beat Carolina"
I wonder if some day we may look back and wish we had celebrated a little more...enjoyed the moment a little more.

The Gator Bowl verses Syracuse? In the cold rain on New Years Day? My family and I certainly do!! I've waited 30 years to get back. We haven't won a national championship again yet but I must say:
WE ARE BACK WITH A VENGENCE!! It's awesome!!

They can pick apart any victory and enjoy doing it. Anybody and anything is fair game for criticism because they expect perfection such as they exhibit every day in all aspects of their life. For me I am enjoying all the success we are having after going thru MANY dry spells in the past 60+ years of watching Tiger football. Go Tigers!!

You are so right! I've been a Clemson Tiger all my life and I'm still pinching myself. To watch DW receive the Obrien award for the 2nd time, make his 2nd trip to New York for the Heisman presentation, and possibly playing in our 2nd national championship game...yep! I'm still pinching myself and loving every minute of it! Go Tigers!
