She is a bonafide racist. She believes Trans men should be playing women sports. She has made horrible remarks about politics that don't align with her beliefs. Refused invite to Whitehouse because she hated the President but that is at the cost of the team getting the pleasure of visiting the WH and learning some history. It's not a coaches job to push political beliefs on their players.
What else? I know I am missing something. I will give her props that she can recruit and coach but that doesn't mean she is a good person.

I am a carolina grad. I don't like Dawn, but i respect her. she is a true believer and feels like she has a God given duty to pursue what she thinks is right. She is a good person and does a lot of good work. Hate is a strong word. i don't hate her, i just disagree with her. the nasty words are uncalled for

I know her words and actions well. I hate to admit I have family that are administration at USuC and they confirm she is racially biased and lobbying for trans men to play for her women’s team. Dawn is a great coach, no doubt. Great person and advocate for women’s sports? #### no. Go read her words.

All you have to do is listen to her speak. A total racist. Straight up..she is good at coaching basketball. That's about it. However, with that said, most coaches worth their salt could win if they had her players. She constantly has more 5 star talent than any team she plays. Now credit to her because she recruited them. But talent wins out when the gap is that wide between the teams. Not always x's and o's.
