Not sure if it is just me but it seems like the strength and conditioning of the players has not been the same since that ostarine scandal a few years back. Just seems like players are always hurt and/or getting pushed around specifically on the defensive line. Not pointing any fingers but I hope the coaching staff takes a hard look at that.

But yea i agree S&C needs to be modernized, players are not leaving leaner and more explosive. Too many injuries and teams look more physically imposing from the other big schools.

It might be great. Some people are stronger and have more endurance naturally obviously. I am sure we have a great program.
