I'm guessing he'll start to identify and recruit what we need,but since the article touts his portal credentials, it's concerning that we've missed on 3 portal OLs in a row.

On a re-read, I guess it doesn't say he's a great portal recruiter - just a great recruiter..... couple of ways to read the claim. One would be that in spite of the portal, he can recruit great HS OLs. I hope so because we aren't getting what we need from the portal.

and get out on bubble screens if we continue to rub it cause we've had lots of guys who are just lat on blocks when running that
