Anyone know if sling TV will carry the game Monday.
Not looking to pay more than I am with spectrum so youtube tv is out for my budget.

That's ok for watching on the phone but I have no clue how to get it on my TV. Probably not time to switch from spectrum in time for the games this weekend.
Also, some of us have no control over our TV choices. I guess it's really radio for me.

If you have a smart tv, roku, or firestick you can use the youtube app on the tv, the youtube app on your phone will also mirror to a smart tv or dongle. Also, if you have iphone you can airplay to a smart tv.

Do you have a computer you can hook to your tv if yours is old enough that you can’t put the yt tv app on the tv itself ?
It’s not a switch, it’s instead of or along with
Walmart has Roku sticks for $29 bucks if that won’t work

I finally broke down a few years ago and bought a firestick, b/c I had an older (i.e. not "smart") tv. I think it was when the ACCN started and it wasn't available where I lived in Tennessee.
Trust me, I'm not very tech-saavy and was able to figure it out. If I can do it, anyone can.

That's how I watched the UF-Utah game last night. I have youtubetv (which I highly recommend over cable) at home but we're at a Hilton Head resort this week, which i discovered carries Spectrum, so no ESPN. I could have logged on to my youtubetv account but the game was streaming on YouTube.

You guys and gals need not continue to be surprised by this ESPN news. It has and will happen to ever carrier at some point. They continue to ask for more money per subscriber and folks like Spectrum look like the bad guys because they have to continuously go up on rates to pay their fee. Part of the company I work for offered CATV over copper but has transitioned into a streaming service over broadband. The company pays ESPN more money than any other channel we carry. Why I wish we had a deal with Fox but I’m sure it will eventually get the same way.

what app will you watch the ESPN games on?
i was able to watch the UTah/florida game last night using the ESPN+ app.. but i had to watch the Spanish broadcast.
The Englsih broadcast was tied to my spectrum account so no es bueno.

I will be Golfing or at UNC Charrottle SC state most likely. people do stream on YouTube they get shutdown most of the time. My cousin got mad at me for watching a game on YouTube coming back from the Syracuse game last year. I wouldn't recommend it

Download espn ap and watch on your phone or computer.
I guess that's what I will do. .... hopefully by having spectrum, I'll still be able to stream it.
About ready to drop Spectrum anyway so I may make a last payment and jump to Sling.

will be handed in when Sprectrum's office opens at 10:00. Yanking ESPN EXACTLY as what was supposed to be a pretty good football game started was the final straw for me. From now on, it is streaming, YOuTubeTV to start, and go from there.

disney did the same thing to DISH last year on opening weekend.
They will squeeze spectrum for more money.. and then spectrum will squeeze you.

ridiculous amount each and every month. SPECTRUM made the conscious decision to allow the negotiations to get to the point of Disney yanking their programming, rather than make the deal they knew they would eventually have to make anyway. Screw them.

Ironic, I received my Spectrum bill in the mail today. I think I'll use it to wipe up my dog's crap in the yard. Also, anyone think it's a coincidence that Disney pulled the plug right when the Florida Gators game started.

Last Dec, lost local ABC affiliate due to Dish & Cox having issues (still out). Roku Smart TV has an espn app (along w/ others) and was able to watch the ACCCG on it. No account creation or sign in, just open it up, find the game, & pull it up. Other than a little lag at spots due to the internet, worked like a charm for me

May have already been stated, but fuboTV and Hulu should have ESPN/the game. You can do free trials with them. Other option is ESPN+, but that just gives more $$ to Disney if they eventually work it out with Spectrum. My phone has Smart View allows me to easily cast to the big screen TV.
