Well I definitely agree with you. Only hearing good things about Hunter and now Chase. Just not hearing much about them when asked. It's almost like the topic with HJ is being muted by the coaches.
Unfortunately it sounds like KB had a bad day, especially with his passing.

what we are hearing in post practice interviews, of course, and it's easy to read things into it, but Dabo sure has been very complimentary of Etienne on more than one occasion. I think it's safe to say the feel they hit big time with him.
As far as QB goes, it sounds to me like KB is still clearly #1, for now at least, but the battle is far from over as each of the other 3 are looking good too. As with Etienne, they are obviously pleased with what they are seeing with Chase Brice as well.

Just remember, Kelly B is playing against first team defense. Not sure who the other guys are facing. Kelly B deserves his chance and can be great where they need a run, pass and option for keep other defenses off balance. Not sure that Hunter and others can run in short yard situations. Just give him his chance.

Yes, they sure seemed tight lipped on Hunter Johnson. I think this is intentional, trying not to create any type of QB controversy going into the season.
They sure are gushing over Etienne. Seems like this kid can play RIGHT NOW, sure to create some RB conversation going into first game. Doesn't sound like they want to redshirt Etienne, sounds like they want to PLAY him.
Elliott, stop bringing up blocking as a major determinant of a RB's value. Stop it! Yes, it IS important, but is it one of the most important considerations? Was Dalvin Cook a great blocker, no!
