Folks need a reality check. Theres a good chance our team gets embarrassed.

I hope I’m dead wrong, but a lot of things need to go our way.
1. Cade needs to be a gunslinger.
2. Maffah needs to be a runaway freight train up the middle.
3. The O line needs to be rock solid and open up holes.
4. WRs need hands like fly paper.
5. FG’s need to be straight and true.
6. Defense needs to punish the Dog Offense.
7. Coaches need to coach like it’s the Super Bowl.
8. Fans need to be rowdy for four quarters.
If the team pulls this off they’ll be crying in Athens. Mess this up and they’ll be crying in Clemson !

I think this theoretical vast gulf in talent between these two teams is a myth. We'll see, but I think the only ones going to get embarrassed are the talking heads.

It is a myth. Georgia is #2 and Clemson is #5 in talent. We have just had a lack of execution in recent years which IMO is on the coaching staff for lack of creativity and development. I think Dabo has shown he is willing and able to fix that with his big hires the past 2 years.

That doesn't mean there isn't a significant gap between #2 and #5. I think there is a large gap between the top 3 and everyone else. Until I see it on the football field, I will have a hard time thinking that these teams are anywhere near equal.

I think we can stand a few minor mistakes... 3&out, punt and go D. But he doesn't need to make the FSU-blindside and Miami-goal line DA kind of mistakes.

Well we used to do all these things on a regular basis. There was no game I thought we wouldn't win after the comeback against LSU ... up until we lost to South Carolina.
My biggest concerns are 1 and 7.
