Just ended the week by taking home the most college football awards (and most likely a heisman) and sends an NCAA record number of teams to bowl games including a national championship bid and an orange bowl bid.
I would say thats an accomplishment dont you think?

League wide it has always been coaching that set the ACC back. If more ACC canvases light a fire under their programs butts I think the tide will start to turn.

If that's the case he's as deserving as anyone, imo.
I think he's had a stellar career. He's a first class guy from all appearances and as honest and humble as anybody on our team. That's saying a heck of a lot for him.

But if the rest of the conference sucks, does that hurt Clemson? Money, bad mouthing by everyone, etc... This at least takes away a few things that ESPN can bash us about. You are still hearing everyone talk about FSU not playing anyone. If the conference is down, it effects Clemson.
