So my female Junior Staff members are fighting over my

attention AGAIN!!, Do any other Clemson Directors have this problem at work? I mean I figured once I turned 45 that the young 20-somethings would stop paying attention, but it has only gotten worse. One of them announced that she left her husband and that she has been going to the gym. The other boasted that she was going to the gym, and that she saw the first Junior female staff member there. I am sure a fist fight insued. I just do not have the managerial experience to deal with this problem.
Prayers and advice are needed.

meeting with HR to discuss the situation. Hopefully the girls will then understand that you are happily partnered and have no interest in a physical relationship with them.

We're talking Dollar General employees right? Parolees on probation right? Best thing to do is assign them different shifts. Have their PO come over to the store, and act like he's your friend. They'll back off.
