I would have no problem with us not making the top 4 if that occurs. If we lose to TAMU on the road, 2nd game of the season, to a top 25 team then we can afford a loss. If we lose to a just okay Pitt team (who lost to ND, UCF, and several other not so good teams) in our backyard then we don't deserve to make it.
But it is not going to happen so lets not go down that path. starting now
