Pretty sure it came back out during the segment of the game where we opted to burn up the last 8 minutes of the clock by going 3 and out over and over with runs from our one legged QB. FSU never saw it coming.

Yes he is and could if he wanted to, however, he is not calling plays contrary to many on this forum. He does listen to calls (like all HC) and will suggest but Riley has the green light. Some on here just don’t like that fact.
