So I could never sell my 5 year old 52" LCD TV.

Dec 13, 2012, 1:43 PM

I had it on Craigslist for about 4-5 weeks starting at $450, then $400, then finally $350. Got two responses, never heard back from them. I can't blame anyone actually, 'cause you can buy a new 50" plasma for about $450-500.

So I now have a 52" LCD mounted to the wall in my garage. Downside was the ### articluating mount to hold a 90 lb, 52" TV was $199.

Can someone give me $200?

Dec 13, 2012, 1:46 PM

I could really spend more time with my adorable 52" TV if I didn't feel so bad about the price of the mount.

cool in there for something like that. It's an R30 insulated (walls and ceiling) 2 car detached garage with an 15,000 BTU window mount A/C. Previous owner, who lived there about 8 months, put all that in. Finished the walls and ceiling with painted OSB.

I'm working on a way to get plumbing out there and I might add a bathroom and a sink area.

could have a pretty cool space. I think I'd have to make room for the boat though.

After everyone's had several beers...allow them to fish

Dec 13, 2012, 2:11 PM

They'll buy more beer if the fishin's good.

You'll just need to remember to tug on their lines every once in a while and have a bass in your freezer to have them haul up.

flag link military_tech thumb_downthumb_up

Give a man a fish, he'll drink for a day...

Dec 13, 2012, 2:24 PM

Teach a man to fish, and he'll become a raging alcoholic.

Dec 13, 2012, 1:51 PM [ in reply to well thanks. ]

I had an old indoor antenna that I am using, but it kinda sucks cause I have to move it every time I want to change channels.

I need to drag cable out there..maybe I'll do that this weekend.
