1. When the Clemson admin signed the GOR, they had their fingers crossed. Look for legal pleadings saying as such soon.

2. Watch for Clemson, Oregon, Washington, Miami, and Florida State to go Independent and team up with Notre Dame to form a conference of Independents. Each team would be a pod of 1 and will play a 1-1-1-1-1-1-5 schedule. The announcement was supposed to be made July 4th for obvious reasons but my sources did not say why it was not.

3. Last but not least, and perhaps most importantly, the TV rights would be based upon $1 million per year for every year that UofSC has not won a Natty since they started playing football (currently $130 million per annum). It would reset if Uof SC won a Natty in football but none of the ADs deemed it a risk. “It’s like Bobby Bonilla day but without a foreseeable end”, said Graham Neff.
